Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of products and services operated by WaffleSoft LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By using our products, you agree to these Terms.

1. Using Our Products

WaffleSoft builds applications for personal use. You must be at least 13 years old to use our products. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

2. Accounts

You can create an account using your email address or Sign in with Apple. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in abusive behavior.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Some of our products offer free tiers and premium subscriptions. Premium subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings
• No refunds are provided for partial billing periods
• Pricing may change with reasonable notice

4. Free Tier

Some of our products offer a free tier with limited access to features. Free tiers may have restrictions on usage or functionality compared to premium subscriptions.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our products
• Use our products for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' data
• Redistribute, re-broadcast, or publicly perform content generated by our products
• Use automated systems to access our products beyond normal usage
• Interfere with the proper functioning of our services

6. Intellectual Property

The WaffleSoft name, product names, logos, and designs are the property of WaffleSoft LLC. Content produced by our products is for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our products or their content without written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that our products will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that content will be accurate, complete, or up to date.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WaffleSoft LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products, including but not limited to loss of data or interruption of service.

9. Account Deletion

You can delete your account at any time from the Settings screen within each app. Account deletion permanently removes all your personal data, preferences, and content history. This action cannot be undone.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through our apps or via email. Continued use of our products after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
